Sheboygan County Fair Celebrates 175 Years of Tradition, Entertainment and Community

PLYMOUTH, WI — The Sheboygan County Fair is celebrating a major milestone in 2026 as it marks its 175th anniversary, September 3–7 at Sheboygan County Fair Park in Plymouth.

For five days over Labor Day weekend, fairgoers can experience the traditions that have made the Sheboygan County Fair a community favorite for generations, along with new attractions, live entertainment, agricultural exhibits, competitions, carnival rides, food and activities for all ages.

This year’s lineup of fair favorites and attractions includes Pleasure Valley Pig & Duck Races, Wisconsin DockDogs, Dominguez Attractions Circus, Repterience Reptile Adventure, minnow races, a cornhole tournament and a flower arranging competition and more. 

The Grandstand Entertainment lineup features a different event each day:

  • Thursday, September 3: Farm Tractor Pull
  • Friday, September 4: PI Motorsports Truck & Tractor Pulls
  • Saturday, September 5: Chase Matthew featuring Hayden Coffman
  • Sunday, September 6: Extreme Bull Riding & Barrel Racing
  • Monday, September 7: Peterson Promotions Demo Derby

Throughout the weekend, guests can also enjoy livestock shows, youth and open class competitions, live bands on multiple stages, demonstrations, auctions, horse events and other activities taking place across the fairgrounds.

Friday, September 4 will recognize Senior Citizens Day, with $1 off admission for guests age 62 and older. Friday, September 4 will also recognize Military Day, with free admission for past and present military members with acceptable identification.

Mr. Ed’s Magical Midway will add even more family fun, with carnival rides opening Thursday and Friday at 4 p.m. and Saturday through Monday at noon. Carnival wristband opportunities will also be offered throughout the weekend, including a sensory hour Sunday from noon to 1 p.m.

Daily fair admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 10–14 and free for children age 9 and younger. Parking is $5. Season passes are also available.

A free shuttle bus service will operate Friday through Monday beginning at 9 a.m. from the Cedar Grove Warehouse parking lot, 802 South St. in Plymouth.
